Standard Boxes (RSC+)

RSC, FOL, HSC, Staple Tray, 5 Panel Wrap, Cut Out Wrap

RSC (Regular Slotted Container) – The most common box style with flaps of equal length from both sides meeting at the center. It’s versatile for general shipping and handling

FOL (Full Over Lap slotted container) – Flaps extend all the way to the opposite side, providing extra cushioning and strength for heavy objects or rough handling.  

HSC (Half Slotted Container) – One set of flaps allows easy access to products, suitable for items that need frequent access or shelf storage.

Staple Tray – A tray-style box often used for agricultural products or items that need to be bundled together, stapled for added strength.  Use as lids for HSCs or combine 2 to make a telescoping box.

5 Panel Wrap – A long, flat box that wraps around the product; ideal for narrow, long items that need support on the sides.  

Cut Out Wrap – Similar to a 5 panel wrap but with sections removed, often used for products that need a viewing window or easy access from the sides.  Books picture frames etc.

Sleeve – A tube of cardboard that slides over a product, typically used for bundling or as additional protection.
